In this post, I’m sharing my top spring-themed dorm decor ideas perfect for revamping and refreshing your space for the new season.

These ideas use lots of happy colors, plant/floral imagery, and bright, airy decor - all inspired by the beauty of springtime.

That certainly doesn’t mean you can’t incorporate these looks into your dorm during other seasons, though.

It’s never a bad time for some spring cheer, after all!

This first piece of inspiration focuses on using bright, happy, and cheerful colors in your space.

Use whatever colors make you the happiest, but “springy” colors like pink, yellow, and green are a great place to start!

I’m also loving all of the spring imagery in the wall art that the above dorm uses - rainbows, smiley faces, and sunshine galore.

#2: Matcha Green Aesthetic

If this next piece of inspiration is calling your name, there’s a chance you’re obsessed with green like I am!

This look is all about using sage/matcha green as your primary decor color and complimenting it with other springy accent colors.

I adore how the green in the blanket, dino plushie, and flower market print all tie together so beautifully.

I’m a huge fan of the simplistic, minimal illustration style.

If you’re not allowed to use thumb tacks in your dorm to hang up your prints, I recommend using sticky putty like this one instead.

It’s what I used back when I lived in a dorm, and it was a great balance between being strong enough to keep my prints on the wall without tearing paint off.

Pink, pink, pink! And blue! And white! Is this dorm not absolutely adorable?

This is a great inspiration picture for your mood board if you’re a fan of bright, feminine, and soft designs.

I highly recommend having a three tier rolling cart like the blue one in the picture in your dorm, by the way. I had one in my dorm and it helped a ton with storage.

I kept most of my make up, hair tools, and hygiene essentials in mine, so all I had to do was roll it out from under my bed in the morning and roll it back underneath once I was done getting ready!
