Every girl deserves to feel amazing! You don’t need a million steps in your hygiene or beauty routine, but I find that these things just take my routine to the next level and leave me feeling super fresh, clean, and put together.

#1: Swap Conventional Toothpaste For A Clean Formula Option
Many conventional toothpastes rely heavily on sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), an aggressive foaming agent that can irritate the mouth lining and strip the oral mucosa.

#7: Exfoliate Exfoliate Exfoliate!
If you’ve never exfoliated before, this is your sign to start! It’s an incredible way to get rid of dead skin, unclog pores, and leave your skin feeling renewed and sooo soft.
Be gentle though as it’s possible to over exfoliate and damage your skin barrier! Usually, a gentle scrub for your face and body once or twice a week works perfectly. To start, try using an exfoliating body scrub and korean washcloths (these are my favorite!)
#8: Make Daily SPF Non-Negotiable
It’s amazing how many people still forget to use sunscreen everyday (yes, even if it’s cloudy and yes, even in winter). My favorite hack is to use a face and body moisturizer with SPF in it so I’m getting two-in-one.
But seriously, SPF will prevent sun damage and dark spots on your skin, and more importantly - prevent serious skin illnesses like melanoma, so don’t skip it!
#9: Do Your Nails
Is having your nails done a necessity? Not at all! But I’d be lying if I said I felt complete without a set of cute press ons.
Press ons are so ridiculously easy too - some sets don’t even have glue (you just stick them right on). Not to mention how affordable they are. I usually get a set from Amazon or Target for like $7-$15 and boom - gorgeous nails for the next 2-3 weeks!
