This FREE Notion Template Organizes Your Life With A Neutral, Minimal Aesthetic
Hello friend! Today, I’m sharing a free notion template based off my personal notion that I use everyday.
I designed this life planner with a neutral and minimalist aesthetic in mind, and with four main sections that help keep me organized on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Of course, I included a main dashboard for easy navigation to all pages of the notion template.
In this post, you’ll get a full tour and tutorial along with some tips for making the most of this aesthetic template. Enjoy!

So, What’s In This Template?
Let’s take a look at each section of this notion template, starting with our dashboard. The dashboard is what you see when you first open the template and acts as your home base.
Here, you have your main navigation plus some helpful tools including a calendar, clock, and some decorative widgets.
Daily To-Do List
This section is the daily to-do list, featuring a list for each day of the week and a checkbox for each item.
Below it, we have the monthly calendar from the dashboard. I like to have this here to reference while I’m planning my tasks for the week.
Habit Tracker
Next is the habit tracker section! Here, each row represents one day.
You can input each daily habit as its own column, and check them off as you complete them throughout the day. Click the “new” button to add a blank column every day.
At the end of each row, you’ll find a “day score,” which calculates what percentage of your habits you’ve completed each day. This will help you track how consistent you’ve been with your habits.

Goal Tracker
The goal tracker contains two main tables: the goals and the tasks. Let’s start on top with the goals table, which notes all of the goals you want to achieve.
For each goal, you can input information like the category, year, quarter, relevant tasks, and progress.
Below that, we have the tasks table. This is where you’ll keep track of the tasks that need to be completed in order for you to achieve your goal.
For each task, you can input information such as the related goal, targets, and your progress.
Brain Dump
This section is meant to be a free space, there for whatever you want to use it for! Personally, I love using it as a place for random lists, like gift ideas, groceries, or a wishlist.
